Clara is an explorer who was trapped inside of a cave but she mentions she didn't really mind since she had moles that kept her company.

She is found at the blocked cave up top of the island. You have to clear the land (for 12.500 at Level 20) and use a Powder Keg (Recipe to buy at Bazaar and item to build at the Blacksmith in 12h) to unlock this character.
